Intermass was brought in on a design-and-build basis for this project. It consists of 24 classrooms, two classrooms for special education, three labs, and a theatre room. Sports facilities include a gym, basketball and volleyball courts, and a football pitch. The school also features a multipurpose hall, four breakout areas, a dining area, a kitchen and service entrance, three yard areas, a service block, and an administrative area.
