Intermass was awarded a design and build project consisting of one tower (GF + 5P + TF + 23F) as part of MAG Property Developments (MAG PD) in City of Arabia, Dubai. MAG is developing this project with AE Prime as the engineer.

Intermass was awarded a design and build project consisting of 22 townhouses as part of MAG's NASS Developments in Nad El Shiba, Dubai.

Intermass was awarded a design and build project consisting of 22 townhouses as part of JAMI Developments in Jumeriah Village Circle, Dubai. JAMI is developing this project with K&P GmbH as the engineer.

Intermass achieved 5 million safe manhours on the site of Nest Accommodation, which is part of the Al Jada Development in Sharjah.
